Conditions
Arrival time: between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM; Departure time: by 10:30 AM.
Guests are expected to respect the quiet of the premises and use the facilities only for their intended purpose.
Guests agree to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to report—and cover the costs for—any damage for which they may be responsible.
The number of guests must be specified at the time of booking. If the actual number of guests exceeds this, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the additional individuals.
Children on the property remain the sole responsibility of their parents.
Theft and accidents: the owner accepts no liability for any theft or personal injury occurring on the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Pets are not permitted.
